Often overlooked but very important.I prescribe Cardiovascular training programs to burn body fat and athletically condition all of my clients.

Arguably the most important aspect to a large portion of training clientele is NUTRITION. One cannot out-exercise a bad diet...let me restructure the bad food habits in your life that led you to me!
So why me?
I have training experience in facilities in California and the DFW area. I hold two nationally accredited training certifications from the American Fitness and Aerobics Ass., and from the Cooper Institute. I served four years in the US Marine Corps infantry. While in, I served two tours of front line combat in Iraq, attended Marine Amphibious Recon School, and served as an urban warfare instructor at the UWTC MCAGCC ( Urban Warfare Training Center ,Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center) in Twentynine Palms, California. I have helped countless clients shed literally hundreds of pounds in my results based training programs.
